I need to run two 1Gig and one 2.5Gig SQL-Databases, which is web-enabled. They must be able to serve about 50 active clients simultaneously.What do you suggest for server specifications.(Hardware related)

This does not sound like a heavy load. I think that something 1 GHz or faster with 500 MB or more RAM should be capable of handling the load.
