Science teachers in Districts 3, 5, & 6 recently received a short survey from Gaylen Moore Program Services regarding professional development and the SMART Process grant. Please fill out these surveys and return them to the appropriate person (as labeled on the envelope) as soon as possible. In District six, you can drop the forms in District mail, which is delivered directly to the district office - do not use stamps or US Mail! There should be district mail in districts 3 & 5 also, but I can't vouch for them.

We appreciate your time and help in this matter. This is important information and we will have to keep bugging you until we get them back :>)
