Looking for supplier of #4 Plastic Filter Cones

I'm looking for a supplier of #4 Plastic Filter Cones. Melita sells a #2 filter cone, but no #4. I have a flat bottomed filter cone I've used for 15 years. But I can't seem to locate these anywhere. I own a coffee shop and want to sell this style of brew accessory. Please email any info that might be helpful in my quest. Thanks! Dan

How is your search going. I'm in the same boat. I have two cones which are about twenty years old. The flat bottoms are cracked so its time to replace them. Let me know if you've found a source.

Thanks!

Look for Melita's phone number and call them. We got the #4 plastic filter cones sent to us in HI. I'll see if my friend still has her box and if so I will get the number for you. The #4 is the best.

There's a company in Holland that makes flat bottomed filters cones in the #1 and #2 sizes. They also make a #4 that protrudes below the lip, but from the illustration I'd guess it too would fit on top of a single coffee cut. I've been using their #2 size with #4 filters for years. The paper filter sticks out above the top a bit, maybe 3/8", but it's no problem. They also make a funnel shaped cone for thermos bottles. You can see all of them pictured at http://www.sweetmarias.com/prod.brewers.shtml
