Hi guys, Something strange has happened. An obscure and unique e-mail address, used solely to register OCDB, has been receiving Nigerian, South African and Zimbabwean fraud scam spam. Any idea how that might have happened?

OCDB can't be registered. I'm not sure I understand you at all. But if you're talking about ocdb@telstra.com then, simply posting a message like the one you just did puts your email on a web site. And pretty much all web sites are regularily sweeped by 'spiders' looking for email addresses to spam.
