I am looking for a survey instrument to assess whether the current culture of my organization is conducive for implementation of Self-Managed Work Teams. I saw mention of a GOTEAMS Survey developed by QPT Associates but I am not able to locate the firm or their instrument. If anyone knows how I can get a copy of this survey or a similar instrument, I would appreciate the information. Thank you.
