How many people died in the calfornia aned klondike goldrushes?

I can't tell you about the Klondike because I don't know that much about it as far as the San Francisco Gold Rush, most of the people that did die in large volume died in San Francisco from bad water where they got Cholera and several other diseases. I think I remember that there was even a small pox outbreak. Not that many died in the Gold Fields themselves.

I beleive roughly 10,000 people died in California & another 30,000 gold seekers in the Klondyke.
