I need help mastering the first movement of tchaikovsky b flat minor piano concerto in two months.HELP!

Well frankly you're screwed. May I suggest practicing 7-8 hours a day. with lots of SLOW SLOW SLOW practice. Trying to get the thing learned in a week really fast isn't going to do much. Time and practice make perfect.
