Hi, I'm a new DBA and have been challenged to come up with a web page for our developer's intranet page to display the current DB schema (table describes) and procedure parameters.

Anyone have any experience with doing this sort of thing?

I envision a couple of queries perhaps which interrogate system tables to show a list of tables, a list of procedures, and some details regarding each.
