You may need to load it up with some more fire wood ?

I have a Goodman furnace, but all furnaces work about the same. You have a flame sensor that detects the presents of a flame. If this item is bad, the furnace flame will turn on for a few seconds then off. It will try to fire twice, maybe three times. Then the furnace will not fire at all until the safety delay time is met, 30 min to an hour later.

The second thing that could be the problem is the actual control PCB, this was the answer to my problem. This PCB controls everything, it's a simple change. I had an older version PCB, so I had to rewire a few wires, but the instruction were easy. Please e-mail me if you have anymore questions.
