Murders on the Rue Morgue, Usher, Pit and Pendulum, The Red Death. A trilogy containing Valdemar, The Black Cat and some other one. Most are horribly butchered changed and expanded- or partially comic like the Vincent Price series under Roger Corman. I'm not even counting "The Raven". The only interesting Poe film was the Joseph Cotten(Poe-Dupin) mystery which finishes very realistically on a clumsy, hard to win fist fight.(The Man in the Black Cloak"?) That story is historical fiction and not by Poe.

If the previous information is not enough, "The Cask of Amontillado" was made into a movie. I found this out when we watched it in English class. It starred the father from the movie "Home Alone" (pardon me for being so terrible at names - I fear I have a problem when it comes to remember actors names). It was a low budget film I assume, so maybe it wouldn't be helpful. Yet, I am sure that it is in fact a movie.
