If i have downloaded an mpeg that is to big to fit on a cd to make a vcd what software can i use that will (1) change the size of the mpeg or cut it into 2 seperate files? (2) let you copy the mpeg to more than one cd? I am currently using nero to make my vcds. Any help???

You will have to buy a MPEG editing program of some kind. MPEGVCR is one possibility. It's $50 for MPEG-1 only, $249 for MPEG-1 and MPEG-2. See http://www.womble.com for details. There are other editors, but I've never used them. Perhaps a web search would help find them. TMPGenc can be used for free to edit with its "cut/merge" option, but some people have terrible sync problems if they cut files with it.
