When you use nero to make a VCD, how do you make it so that it fits on 2 cd-r's?

You can't split files with Nero, but they can be split. If you have MPEG-1 video, you need an MPEG editor such as MPEGVCR (http://www.womble.com) or other similar products. TMPGenc can split files too, but lots of people report horrible audio sync problems after using it to split, so beware. If you're starting with AVI files, Virtual Dub is free and it can split them.
