I am going in for a scope and probe for my right knee on Thursday, the specialist says probable toren cartlidge. I have been off work for 7 weeks, which is extremelly hard for me as I like to be on the go all the time. What should I expect pain wise and recovery time, also any dos and donts you can recommend?
