hey...got some question,,,which film do you prefer in outdoor photography?what ASA? in fast film can you give me some advised on how to set up my apperture and speed to get my right exposure.... im a student here at philippines..it will be ery helpful to me...thanks alot1

Hi Lowell,

For outdoor photography, where the light is generally good, I prefer ASA 100 film. If the light's really bright you can even use ASA 50 for better colour saturation. But I've also had good results using ASA 100 film at night (without flash), of course I had to use a tripod and long exposures times. I get excellent results with Fuji Superia film.

I take it when you say "fast film" you are doing some low light photography; you can try this web site for some tips on setting exposure for tricky lighting situations. http://www.fredparker.com/ultexp1.htm
