sorry to hear about your accident Dave. I had a scary crash on my 748 S a few months ago. Not nearly as bad as yours, thank God! Anyway, I wish you well and hope you have a speedy and full recovery.

Sounds like you are lucky to be alive. Get well soon....your bike is dead, but you are not. Count your blessings ( and I think you have)!

Cheers!

Motorcycles are replaceable. You, on the other hand, are not. Heal soon!

Wow, you are very lucky. Not to steal your thunder but the very day before I was forced down on my 954RR(not my MV thank goodness) by a Suburban not yielding properly and pulling out onto Big Tujunga Canyon Road. I began breaking and the rear end came around and tagged the corner of the Suburban sending me and the bike about 50+ feet down the road. I broke my collar bone with some bruises and also lucky to be alive. Jeez, I love bikes but also like being around and in one piece. I've got some time to think about it.

Get well soon!

Big Dave, hope you heal up completely, I know a broken femur can realy set you back. Glad you are able to get to the computer and read your get well messages. Could have been much worse. So did you put a deposit on a new SPR yet? By the time you are 95%, it should be at your dealer! Get well soon.
