Abbey Life merrils ede SOLICITORS

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Repossession : One Thread

Thank you for responding my previous question. I have third letter now. This time they did not enclosed income assessment form rather demanding full money in seven days. Would you please help me by answering following questions; Shall I serve a data protection notice to the Solicitor now as I do not know lender address; Can they claim interest after six years,Do you know whether Abbey Life still exist; somebody told me it has been taken over by Lloyds TSB. If this is the case what will my position. Also please let me know whether I need to apply for 'set aside' now.

I don't know the "history" of your problem, but I would suggest you serve a SARN on the solicitor by recorded delivery and in the same letter ask them in the same letter for the address of the lender they are acting for.

Hopefully someone else on the site will answer your other queries!

Good luck!
