My knee is very easy to injury now and takes very long time to heal. So is there a way that I can fit it without going to a doctor and having without have anything done by one. Because I play soccer and travel around and im only 16 and I would like to play soccer for a long time till at less to my 40s so is there a way and call you tell me about it if there is or how long do you think I can play till I have to have something done to it before it perment hurt my knee.
