I am trying to backup a complete drive to a another drive of the same capacity. I don't seem to know what to put in (format or syntax) the source and destination sections of the backup set to accomplish this. I do have success with "folder" backuups between disk. I just someone to give me an example and I am sure I will be just find. Have a happy and safe holiday season. Thanks.... Gary

If you put the root (c:\) as a source, doesn't that work? What happens?

What happens is that the definition drops the \ on the destination drive. That leaves something like U: and a syntax error. You can edit the nhb file in notepad to correct the error.
