Is DiscTara A Legit Site for vcds? http://www.disctarra.com/tarra/eshop_vcd.asp

Don't know. Sites that are legit include: http://www.allvcds.com http://www.getvcds.com http://www.vcdgallery.com These 3 sites have English web pages. The page you found seems to be in Malaysian.

Of Course its legit. The site is purely 100 % legal and legit. Disctara is the largest Disc center in Indonesia. It sells casettes, CDs, VCDs, DVDs, Game discs, and more. All the language on the site is Indonesian, its different from Malaysian (malay). I hope u satisfied
