I've recently discovered I can play VideoCDs on my DVD player, and have downloaded a selection of music videos that were recorded in Mpeg3 format. However I can't figure out how to get them to burn them into VideoCD format for play on my DVD player. Does anyone know a good program or converter that would allow me to burn these small videos to a Video CD so I can take them off my hard drive?

Go to http://www.vcdhelp.com. There are conversion guides there. You should also try to learn more about the various terms being used as MP3 is an audio ONLY format, so your videos are NOT MP3. They might be DivX (MPEG-4) though.
