What do you think of this 'clown' outfit company. IMO I think they are money grabbing blood suckers who think they can get away with there bending the rules (and worse OMG!) tactics. Is there anyone who's been mistreated like me?

They have now said a loan I pay my dad (which he remortgaged his house for my business venture that unfortunately failed), is not as important as their clients debt. I owe my dad 24K and Eversheds 8K, I pay my dad 120 a month and offered Evers 70. They f'n want 80, but I can pay that. Now they just come back and said: "In light of you situation our client requires 130 p/m"! Even though they agree my disposable income is only 109.78 p/m?

Can they do this? Do they do it to others?

You'll find that all Solicitors are the same - they all insist that their client's claim is more important.

Why not ask them how they think you can pay 130 if you've only 109 a month left and how do they expect you to get the rest? See what they say - if nothing else its causing them more work in having to reply to you.

I assume that the 8k is a fully justified claim against you, if not, then stop paying Eversheds and get all the paperwork about your case. There is information on this website about what you can do.
