I have tiny 2-3mm beatle type things in the stem ( at ground level and branch areas) of my bean plants. They are otherwise very healthy. I cant find a reference to them in any books to date, anyone have an idea what they are, how to avoid or control them, they are brown and flea sized, weaken stems and branches
