I just got my Jan 03 Model Railroader, and on page 65 is a Walther's ad for about a new 52 seat Budd coach that is being released in SAL paint scheme (along with SCL). From the photo, it looks like an almost perfect match to coaches # 6215-6226 (1947 order).

I hope my eyes aren't deceiving me.

A big thank-you to the leadership of this organization for working to make this happen. Now, about those tavern/observation cars...

You are not seeing things.They are SAL protoypes.The T-O will be out later this month,but not lettered for SAL.
