What is the birth date of Levinson. I know he died in 94, but I keep searching for is year of birth and it's very hard to find !!!

He's not listedin Zusne's Biogrpahical Dictionary of Psych. You might try the APA Encyclopedia of Psych that came out a year or two ago (I don't have a copy to hand).
