There is a search service called PeopleFinderNow that can help with Vietnamese searches.They are very good and dedicated from what I heard, and located a friend of mine's adopted daughter a few years ago. They are based in San Francisco, but have Vietnamese connections, and travel to Vietnam once or twice year. They do charge for a search. You might want to give them an email. I have a question. I have friends that were boat people from Viet Nam. They went to California in the 70's. How can I find them. I have photos of their family taken when I was in Viet Nam in 1963-64.They had a photo shop called My' Dung in Soc Trang. Please help me.
