There seems to be a long searched question of just where the wye was located in CONOVER (sou) NC at the turn of the centry..1900's..Yhe old "Yoder" county map is not clear as Mr. Yoder did not survey., just mapped via drawing...Would the archives in Roanoke (NS)have this information., and were raillines mapped in those years..thank you. Conover is located about 63 miles n. of Salisbury (Spencer)..I have pictures of our old stations, there were two built by SOU..
