A have interest in kayaking and was wondering if I could use mt Alden Martin as a kayak. I was thinking I could make or buy a (fixed) seat that could attach using the existing hold downs. Does anyone think this would work? How would it track given the different motion of Kayak rowing? Any thoughts?

I tried this on my own shell of similar proportions. Tracked well. Hard to turn; make that VERY hard to turn. Maybe a kayak-style rudder would help.
