What was Fechner's solution to the mind- body problem? What evidence did he offer in support of his solution?

Answers

In many of his writings Fechner appeared to be a psychical monist-- many of his works are spiritual treatises emphasizing "soul", even in plants. However, in his psychophysics he is at least methodologically an interactionist. The various psychophysical formulas offer mathematical statements of how physical stimuli effect psychical changes. You should be able to find a summary of his arguments in any history of psychology textbook, or in an encyclopedia of psychology.
