If during the pleistoece ice age continental ice sheet covered large areas of land then the next ice age is their a possibility that New York could get covered with a sheet of ice and maybe even turn into a glacier??

There is a chance that an ice sheet could cover New York and turn into a glacier. It depends on the temperature in the different parts of the world. If the temperature is low enough and the climate is right...an ice sheet could most likely cover any place.
