HELP!! I know nothing about encoding, converting, but I would like to know if there is a plug-in out there where I can open and edit mp2's in premiere 6.0 Or if it is even possible?

If not how can I get these clips that I have captured in to my premiere so I can edit them?

6.0 won't import them, but 6.5 should. I haven't upgraded yet, so I can't give a definitive answer.
