Paul and all, Sorry I haven't been very active on the forum, or written recently. Things have still been crazy with settling my fathers affairs (more complicated than I'd originally thought, and still working at it, with lawyers + all).

As a basic update, I'm back at York finishing up my psyc degree. I'm also doing a Massage Therapy program part time (in the mornings), which I absolutely love. I decided to do it for two main reasons: 1- massage works with the body directly, and acts to "ground" me, and get me in touch with my physical body once more (enough mental + emotional stuff!!), 2-it provides a practical skill that I can use forever. As a very happy side effect, the near-daily massages I recieve from peers is definatly a stress reliever!!

I also decided that I'm not going to apply to medical or grad. school this year. Instead, I'm going to stay at York for another year, and get a BA (hons.) in Health + Society (new stand-alone program this year). I want to take this extra year to re-evaluate my goals/plans, and make sure I'm really committed to whatever I decide to do. Most of my elective courses fall into this degree, so obviously I'm interested in the direction this is taking me, even if I'm not 100% sure of where that is at this point.

Well, I guess that's it for now. While I haven't been writing, I have been enjoying reading about everyone's lives- a bit like eavesdropping when I'm not responding, though! Hope everyone is still doing well.
