Does anyone have any knowqledge of a Manchester outfit called Henderson Booth & Snell who appear to act for The Halifax? In particular, has anyone settled a shortfall with them?

Yes, I'm currently trying to come to agreement with them on an outstanding shortfall with Halifax from 10 years ago. Do you have any info on them, or what are your experiences?
