The Photographic Society of Singapore, established since 1950, conducts more than 9 different courses on photography. The popular Basic Photography course fee is $120 for its members for 10 lessons. Membership fee is $72 for 2 years, and members can use its gallery for exhibition, join its talks and seminars, outings and studio sessions, its facilities like darkroom as well as the once a week Friday evening photo clinic where members bring their works for the instructor for free comment and advise. website is www.pss1950.org.
