Frame of Pirated VCD's starts breaking after some time, why?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Video CD : One Thread

My question is why is that the frame of pirated VCD's start breaking after 30 mins. of playing on my VCD system, which is Sony vx 777 -made in Malaysia. It plays all right for 30 mins but after that it starts breaking and if i put any other track also post that it starts breaking in a minutes time. The original CD's plays fine on the system at any point. What is the problem and Please suggest the solution of playing these pirated movies on my system? I am based in india and there is a lot of dust floating in the air as well. i have taken precaution about my VCD player, but could the reason be the dust on the roller or lens as well? i have also cleaned the lens with a cleaner but it didnt help.
