Does anyone know of a way to convert MPEG-2 files to VCD (MPEG-1) in 1 step (i.e. file converter)? Using video editing software (like ULead's VideStudio) I can accomplish this but it is cumbersome. I'd love to have something that would just convert formats. Any suggestions?

the best one is WinAVI. ITs really cheap but is the best one of all, in less than one hour i convert to vcd a 1.5 gb file. nice video and audio quality.
