When addressing me as a "shit" kindly use the prefix "rich".

P.S. As for my political affiliations? I will give my vote to any party who will reward people for their own efforts, who will do away with the "nanny state", who will have no truck with the hand wringing "poor me" culture. You? You no doubt would have us all working in Tractor factories to ensure our collective farms are worked.

P.P.S Do you know where I can get my hands on a few of those cheap cottages Karen Carr was waffling on about?

Many thanks

Owen (my real name Mr "Bennett")

I don't waffle.

Why don't you go away and make a decent living like most people have to...

A polite but sincere request. Please get off this site all you seem to do is infurate people and undermine them. Most people who visit this site have geniune issues and it isn't very easy fighting against large lending companies. Most people find themselves in this mess usually because of relationship breakdowns and the other party acting irresponsibly. If I were you I'd stop insulting geniune people and assuming people are irresponsible when it come's to these matters. You know about what things can go wrong and you should hope it never happens to you. It could it just takes a couples of tenants to completely destroy your property and you could find yourself in quite a mess. So please stop posting stupid replies and irrating people your IP can be traced so you're not always anonymous when using the internet.!!!! How about you think about that before abusing people's right and generally slagging them off.

OK Rich Shit, have it your own way, but please explain to us all why someone as 'rich' as you needs to waste their (presumably) highly lucrative time posting such bollocks. You appear to have hit on this site in a general search for sources of repossessed properties that you hope to be able to purchase cheaply in order to swell your vast property portfolio. It must have been obvious from your second visit to this site that this information will not be found here, so why do you bother coming back? The only reason I can think of to explain this paradox is that you must be some poorly paid and lonely junior clerk working for Addleshaws...

Mr Bennett

You are wrong in your assumption that it should have been obvious from my second visit to this site what this site was about. I actually sussed it when I clicked onto a random posting and it had a reference to people sharing tips on how to avoid enquiry agents. My curiosity was whetted and I decided to have a look around for a bit of a laugh. I found Lee Kimbers repossession page and was left open mouthed by the transparent motives and tips on debt evasion there.

I make no apologies for my postings but I've said my piece and been roundly shouted down. I leave you lot feeling nothing but contempt for you and your like as no doubt do you for me and mine.

Wonder who sleeps the soundest? You debt evaders or the likes of me, paying my way in life and expecting no favours.

Mr Bennett

One last thing. You said I was some bored junior at Addleshaws.

For the record I have not got a clue what you are going on about. Who/what are Addleshaws?

It,s Mr Considerably Richer Than Thou, I am alright jack, look at me how clever I am, look at me Mummy I am flying, I am so clever I did not realise I was a complete pratt.

Mr Owen,

You seem to be continually promoting the fact that you are "rich", and you insist on ramming that home at every opportunity.

Maybe you believe that all the people on here are impoverished, and are impressed by a "big shot" like you. However the fact of the matter is that there are many people who will not pay these debts, because of the way they have been treated by the lenders, and not because they are skint.

Let me ask you a question, If I seriously owed you or your business 50000, would you wait 6 years before trying to recover the money, and If I did owe you this money, would it not make sense to make me aware of it immediately?

You may be proud of the fact that you have made a few quid, and good luck to you, I've done the same and I could pay my "alledged debt" 10 times over and still sleep tight, but I will not give in to bully boy tactics, by arsehole lenders, who choose when it suits them to resurrect this crap.

I visit this site to gain useful information, and when I have one the case against my lender, I shall make a contribution to Lee, so that he can keep up the good work.

Although, I have done very well for myself in the past few years, I certaintly do not need to shout about it on an open forum. Perhaps you would get an even bigger ego boost, if you were to vist some of the homeless hostels around the country, and tell them how "rich" you are.

Remember, Money Talks............but wealth wispers

EMPTY VESSELS MAKE THE MOST NOISE, I seriously doubt your 'rich claims' if they are true then you are clearly not used to the finer things in life and your newly found wealth has gone to your head somewhat.

My own personal opinion is that you just like to wind people up. I sincerely doubt that you are 'Mr Money'. Personally I feel that you are either extremely ill educated and lowly paid, hence the reason you need to buy a repo (as it is within your mortgage budget). Or that you are an email junkie who surfs chat rooms to wind people. Just so that you can fill in the days between n collecting your giro.

Why don't you go out with your friends (if you have any) or do something useful with your time, instead of pissing people off on this site.

P.S. Good luck with your imaginary portfolios and wealth!!
