The stock market started out the morning going up. Then Dumbya "predicted the economy will rebound", and the stock market closed down over 200 points! LOL.

People already know the economy will recover eventually, it is just a question of when. When Dumbya talks they know that everything he says is a lie, so if he says the economy WILL recover, this means it will NOT recover as long as he has anything to do with it.

After translating through the bullshit conversion processor, we see that what he is actually saying is that we'll have to wait until 2004 before we can climb out of the cesspool of shit that he has dragged us into.
