I heard that APOC 2002 was donating 1/16 of their parking fee revenue (CDN) to build a monorail linking downtown Laramie with the 1000-day terrian to help ease the traffic situation on Happy Jack Road. Is this true, and if so, will there be restrooms on the trains?

Those little parking pirates got their fists clenched so tightly around every last penny they extracted that there's not a chance in a billion of that. But the monorail idea is right cool, and I suppose it could be financed easily enough by levying a head tax on all our visitors of Louisiana descent.
