What are the factors that affect the team motivation in the context of the school? This means that how can we ensure that the teachers are motivated in their teams in school? For example teachers in the welfare committee etc. I am looking at team motivation and not on an individual basis. Thank you

Well, Teachers should know what is thier stance. They should perceive according to what is necessary for the development of the organization. A self-motivated teacher will not accept a status quo environment and will find ways to escape if trapped. This is also true of a visionary person. In a team motivated environment, dependency types will become inspired and strive to be acceptable with independent thinking coworkers. A Motivated Teacher develop high confidence to his class especially to the entire environment.
