My my... shame..shame.. did you guys know that crystal light is sugar free? Oh yeah, by the way.. i'm gone for about three weeks, and i just need to tell everyone that. Because i feel a need to. Yes, that would be why.

P.S. Poland spring water is probably also sugar free, but it doesnt say it on the bottle. Interesting? No.
