Beware - We did not realise that our lender had obtained a money judgement at the time they repossessed our home. Now, a couple of years later, they are trying to enforce this order for the shortfall.

We have been in negotiations the whole time - underselling, not providing 'certified' documents to prove the debt etc. Anyway they have now served notice for us to 'Attend the court for questioning', to see if we are able to pay up. We have no assets left of course. The main point is to let everyone know that the Judge informs us that they ar not able to enforce the money judgement without returning to court. We will then be able to counterclaim for misselling etc. I do hope the Judge is right on this one. Any thoughts welcome as to what 'order' they have to serve upon us next?
