Starting Redbud/Pagoda Dogwoods from stem cuttings

greenspun.com : LUSENET : ACountryPlace : One Thread

May Aunt and Uncle have two beautiful heirloom redbud trees and a pagoda dogwood that they gave me new stems from. I tipped them in root starter (it said it could be used for woody ornamental trees...), stuck them in some dirt, watered, and prayed. Can someone tell me if there is another way to do this and at what time I should do this?

Any help is appreciated!!!

Thanks.

Just pray; that way you won't need the root starter... They should also be full grown in about three or four days if you pray well enough.
