What size nicads are used in the NP-90 batery pack?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : MINOLTA USERS PAGE : One Thread

My NP-90 is dead. I have opened it up and see that it uses 13 batteries about physically 1/2 the size of an AAA battery. If I can ource new batteries I can solder them together and resurect my NP-90.

Does any one know what size these are and if they are availble?

Hi, For Starters, try this : http://www.batterystation.com/nicads.htm !! There are many sites that have individual cells for sale with many different sizes and capacities. If you can't find what you need on one of the sites, go to your nearest radio control model airplane hobby shop and they most likely can assist you or point you in the right direction.

P.S. Be sure to get the cells with solder tabs on them!!
