I have No Hands Backup running with my windows scheduler and I would like for the backup to run minimized so that it does not disturb what I am working on. Can this be done?

No, but in a couple of hours it can :) I think it is a very good idea and I'll do the neccessary adjustments right away. Look for a new patch at the homepage soon.
