I'm from anchorage away in reno for college right now. I used to think that the anchorage rave scene was dead, then i came here. Any good dj here is in a 21+ club, and so far the few all ages raves havve been not anywhere near as great as anchorage raves. The best anch raves that i went to were put on by icemenproductions. They have had great djs up such as Dj Micro, and Dave aude, as well as some guy from the crystal method. if you want more info, got to their website, icemenproductions.com or something like that. There is also a pretty good underground scence in anch, with great djs spinning. I have had a blast at those events! Anch has a LOT of dj talent, i can't wait to go backc for xmas and rave it up! keep in mind there isn't a rave EVERY weekend, unless a new saturday night club like utopia or club halo has opened since i've been gone.
