We've used a "Rainbow" for over 20 years now. Motor finally gave up the ghost. No dealers in our Appalachan area. Need an address so I can take the sweeper. Costs to much to buy a new one. We are in our 70's so, big sweeper purchase investment now is out of the question. Thanks

Jack, have you tried a google search just using something like: Rainbow sweeper parts? I've never seen one of them so I'm helpless to help you!

We were promise a shampooer within 14 days after we brought the sweeper whether or not anyone else would do a demo. We by this $2000 sweeper and after 30 days still no shampooer, and was told this salesman no longer works for the company. What kind of service or business is that?
