Just for information, which may well help someone...Just one of the the Court of Appeal hearings regarding the 6/12 year rule is Halifax V Grant scheduled for 25th and 26th July according to a friend there are two others also being heard around the same time....I have asked Addleshaw Booth to adjourn our case until the hearing outcome.. Have they confirmed!!! OF COURSE NOT.!!!!

There seems to be some confusion about the dates for these hearings. Others have posted that the dates have changed to June. Does anyone have up to date knowledge? Is there an online court listings page for upcoming hearings?

The latest info I have (from the June FIAC briefing) is that the appeals are due to be heard on July 23 and 24. The third case under appeal is Paragon v Banks.
