its not hard at all it just takes practice so go party! make an 8 with one hand and follow with the other. thats more a "liquid style though thire is also free style thats the best just let go and flow anyway thats how i learned just dance like no one is watching "just do it" good luck you will learn faster than you'd think okay peace

I suggest sumthin cooler. Yea glowsticking's tight and all. But you shuld also learn glowstringing. (winging glowsticks on strings) It may be harder but its a lot more better visually and its fun. Need any tips email me.

Glowsticking is awesome, but using the string is more fun becuase you can then make figure 8's with two hands and even up so 10 glowsticks it's awesome
