Grilling on the Bar B Q

OK all of you champion Grillers out there. What do you do with Halibut, Salmon and other tender things like fish? When I try to grill these they fall apart when I turn them over. Thanks! Recipes welcome!!! :) LQ

wrap in foil, add seasoning and lemon juice if its a fillet w/o skin. With skin,, you should be able to grill easily,, though I usually dont flip then. BBQ salmon is great,,if you dont have one of those, double sided grills that hinge and hold the meat inbetween, then just dont flip it

I use wire sandwich racks similar to old fashion popcorn poppers.

Isn't lemon juice kind of acidic to be used with aluminum foil. Doesn't it dissolve the aluminum into the food and give you Alzheimer's? That is what they have said in the past, maybe things have changed now, who knows anymore???
