Hello everybody!

I found recommended dev time for Fomapan 100 and 200/rodinal in Massive Dev. Chart. For Fomapan 100 - 1:50 rodinal 10 min and for Fomapan 200 - 1:50 - 8 min. However I did not find any info about agitation... Could anybody tell me what is the best way to develop these films in Rodinal - times/temp/agitation?
